Payment, Shipping and Returns

At Ralph Kerle’s Art, we are committed to providing a seamless, secure, and transparent experience when you acquire our limited-edition artworks. Please review the details below for payment, shipping, returns, and privacy.

  • We offer secure and flexible payment solutions for acquiring Ralph Kerle’s fine art:

    Credit Cards
    Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major cards via Stripe or PayPal.

    Flexible Payment Plan
    Reserve your artwork with a 10% deposit, then pay the balance in four monthly installments.

    Direct Bank Transfer
    Transfer directly to our bank account; details provided on your invoice.

    All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to protect your financial and personal information.

  • Production Time
    Once payment or a 10% deposit is received, your signed limited-edition artwork will begin production. Please allow up to 7 days for preparation.

    Delivery Times
    - Australia:
      - Unframed prints: Free shipping within 7–14 days
      - Framed artworks: 14–30 days, depending on location
    - International:
      - Unframed prints: Shipping fees apply; delivery timeframe varies
      - Framed artworks: Shipping costs based on destination and size

    We will email you detailed shipping and tracking information once your order is dispatched. All international shipments include tracking and require a signature on delivery.

  • We carefully package all artworks to ensure their safe arrival. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy:

    - Return Period – 7 days from receipt
    - Condition – Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
    - Proof of Purchase – Required for any return
    - Approval – Please email us for approval before sending any item back

    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be offered if items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error).

    If you have not received a refund after we confirm your return, please check with your bank or card provider for processing times.
