Shipping policy

Preparation and dispatch

Each signed limited-edition artwork is prepared individually after your order is received.

Please allow up to seven days for preparation before dispatch. Delivery timeframes commence once your artwork has been dispatched.

Every artwork is carefully packaged for transport and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity identifying the artwork and its individual edition number.

Shipping within Australia

Insured shipping and specialty packaging within Australia are charged at A$70 for orders below A$3,300.

Shipping is free for orders of A$3,300 and above.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days.

International shipping

Insured international shipping and specialty packaging are charged at A$375 for orders below A$5,500.

International shipping is free for orders of A$5,500 and above.

Estimated international delivery after dispatch is 6–15 business days.

International shipments include tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

Shipping charges may be displayed in your local currency at checkout, depending on your location and Shopify’s currency conversion settings.

Import duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, GST, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost and remain the recipient’s responsibility.

Where free international shipping applies, it covers the shipping charge only and does not include import duties, taxes or other destination-country charges.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier schedules or circumstances outside our control.
