The Story
The artwork is a photograph of a reflection off the surface of the water on Middle Harbour, Seaforth Australia. The technical skill of this photograph pays homage to Spanish surrealist painter, Salvador Dali. The gradation of the reflection flickering on the surface of the water creates a forest of marbled colour and line. The comical seagull perched on the yachts boom brings the surrealist dimension back to reality.
