The Story
This image is inspired by the colourfield painter Mark Rothko, yet rather than being composed of warm vibrant colours, it conveys a sense of coolness, relaxation and mediation. I called it the Old Road Home because it reminds me of a nostalgic journey along an ocean or lake shore on the way to a place of restfulness.
