Flexible Payment Plan
Reserve your artwork with a 10% deposit, then pay the balance in four monthly installments.

Direct Bank Transfer
Transfer directly to our bank account; details provided on your invoice.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to protect your financial and personal information.

Production Time

Once payment or a 10% deposit is received, your signed limited-edition artwork will begin production. Please allow up to 7 days for preparation.

Delivery Times

Australia:

• Unframed prints: Free shipping within 7–14 daysFramed artworks: 14–30 days, depending on location

International:

• Unframed prints: Shipping fees apply; delivery timeframe variesFramed artworks: Shipping costs based on destination and size

We will email you detailed shipping and tracking information once your order is dispatched. All international shipments include tracking and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout:

• Australia: A$70 flat rate (insured shipping & specialty packaging), or free on orders over A$3,750.
• International: A$375 flat rate (insured international shipping & specialty packaging), or free on orders over A$5,750.

International Shipping & Import Taxes

Import VAT/GST is payable on delivery in your country and is not included in this price. Your courier will contact you for payment before final delivery.

This applies to all international orders, including those that qualify for free shipping — free transport does not remove import taxes charged by your country.

We carefully package all artworks to ensure their safe arrival. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy:

• Return Period – 7 days from receipt
• Condition – Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Proof of Purchase – Required for any return
• Approval – Please email us for approval before sending any item back
  
  Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be offered if items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error).

Our limited-edition artworks represent a dedication to exclusivity and artistic integrity.

The edition number indicates the total prints produced across all physical sizes. For instance, a limited-edition numbered 10 means that the photograph will only be produced a total of 10 times, regardless of size—whether it's 100cm, 120cm, 150cm, 200cm, or any other available dimension through custom commissions. This ensures that each size variation maintains its exclusivity within the overall edition count. Once these 10 prints are sold, the edition will be permanently closed, guaranteeing the rarity and value of your chosen artwork. For more detailed edition information, please contact Ralph directly.
