RALPH KERLE’s ART Easy Shipping AND DELIVERY
At Ralph Kerle's Art, we strive to ensure that your purchase arrives smoothly and promptly. Once your payment or a 10% deposit has been received, we will begin the creation of your signed limited edition artwork. This process typically takes up to 7 days.
For deliveries within Australia, you can expect your artwork to arrive within 21 days from the completion date. If your shipping destination is outside of Australia, we will provide an estimated delivery date once the artwork has been created.
You will receive detailed shipment and courier information via email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. All international shipments are equipped with an airwaybill and tracking number for your convenience. Please note that you will be required to sign for the goods upon delivery to ensure their safe arrival.

Ralph Kerle's Art Returns Policy
Ralph Kerle's Art products are high value original artworks. As a result. all goods are specially packed by shippers with specific knowledge of art transportation and are insured to guarantee the safest possible shipment and delivery.
However. for any reason. the goods do not meet your satisfaction. we offer the following returns policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from date of receipt of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered. unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return. your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return. we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to Ralph Kerle's Art without prior email approval and confirmation of transport details. Goods sent without confirmation and transport details will not be received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
